  • 1. Delivery Area: We currently offer fish delivery services exclusively within the Chennai metropolitan area. Please ensure that your delivery address is within our serviceable area before placing an order. If you have any questions about our delivery zones, please contact our customer support team.
  • 2. Order Processing: Orders can be placed on our website 24/7. We accept orders for next-day delivery. Orders received by 2:00 PM will be scheduled for delivery the following day. We do not process orders on Sundays and public holidays. 3. Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. You can select your preferred delivery time slot during the checkout process. While we strive to meet your preferred time, it is subject to availability and may be adjusted based on delivery route optimization. 4. Shipping Fees: We offer free delivery on orders above INR 500. For orders below INR 1000, a delivery fee of INR24- 48 will be charged. 5. Packaging: All our fish products are carefully cleaned, processed, and hygienically packed to ensure freshness. We use specialized packaging to maintain the cold chain and freshness of the fish during transit. Please handle the package carefully upon delivery to avoid damage. 6. Delivery Procedure: Our delivery team will contact you prior to delivery to confirm your availability. It is essential to be present at the delivery location during the chosen time slot to receive your order. In case you are unavailable, please provide clear instructions for the delivery person or reschedule your delivery for another convenient time. 7. Quality Guarantee: We take great care in sourcing and delivering the freshest seafood available. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery, and we will gladly assist you.
